Modern Animal wanted to reduce friction in recurring pharmacy orders and improve continuity after appointments. Members needed easy subscription controls and a direct way to follow up with the clinic that knew their pet, while staff needed workflows that reduced manual work, handoffs, and avoidable Virtual Care volume.
