The challenge
Flash Americas needed to modernize and consolidate multiple legacy logistics systems into one scalable platform. The product had to unify domestic and cross-border quoting, shipment execution, customer visibility, compliance workflows, and post-shipment financial operations for operations teams, customers, border agents, finance users, and partners.
